When we started working on our Italian style Spicy “Pepperoni” we wanted it:

We have developed our PizzaSi Pepperoni with top pizzeria suppliers and we are super pleased to have it now available in the UK
Made with real pork meat and a unique blend of Italian spices, following a traditional process.
It will deliver the sapidity we all love in a pepperoni pizza, making your guests coming back for more!
Here some interesting information when considering your portion control and costing on your menu using our Pepperoni:
Approx 3g per slice
Meaning 16 slices on a 12″ = approx 21 pepperoni pizzas per kg of pepperoni
Meaning 8 slices on a A la pala 12″ = approx 42 pepperoni pizzas per kg of pepperoni
Meaning 4 slices on a 8″ = approx 84 pepperoni pizzas per kg of pepperoni
