Our Pizza journey began in the heart of Italy in the early 90s, with master pizza chef Otello lovingly crafting fresh durum wheat semolina pizza bases for local restaurants. Already a highly skilled pizza chef, Otello also owned his own restaurant Pizzeria in the small Italian village, San Severino Marche, and had turned his passion into creating a completely traditional product that delivered quality and efficiency to delight the demand of his customers of his delicious pizzas.

Helped with the right pinch of technology complimented with family tradition, Otello was able to prepare and hand stretch his pizza bases in the morning whilst also keeping them beautifully fresh for evening service. Armed with only the freshest ingredients, without additives, colours or preservatives, Otello had unknowingly created a perfectly authentic Italian pizza solution not only for his restaurant but also for the global food industry.

In 2008 opportunity knocked when two of Otello’s closest friends – Enrico Vallesi and Stefano Laudadio – fortuitously met in Dublin, Ireland, and discovered the need and demand for this pizza solution, from food festivals to local bars and restaurants, everybody wanted a taste of the amazing hand stretched pizza base.

This care and passion has led to a rapid expansion of the business, which now produces in excess of 2000 individually hand stretched pizza bases every hour in a state-of-the-art production site – our MEGA PIZZERIA – still from its original home of San Severino Marche.
